Introducing Gosoft Connect
The next generation of chat and widget tools: AI at the center, humans where they matter. Built from scratch on the lessons of our earlier platform.
We've been building chat and widget tools for websites since 2024. This week we're launching Gosoft Connect — the next generation of our platform. It's not just an upgrade; it's a completely new foundation, built from the lessons of our earlier solutions.
Why from scratch
The old platform had a lot going for it, but also parts that had calcified over the years. Iframe-based widgets, scattered configuration, heavy installation. We wanted to build tools that feel like part of the customer's site — not a separate layer pasted on top.
Another big change: AI is no longer a side feature. It's the core of the platform. Our bot learns from your business's pages, documents, and FAQs — and when a conversation needs a human, live chat is one click away.
AI at the center, humans where they matter
Gosoft Connect's chat widget combines three modes in a single experience:
- Guided conversation — a step-by-step flow that collects the essentials quickly.
- AI chat — free-form conversation where the bot finds answers in your own content (RAG).
- Live chat — when the conversation needs a person, the right human steps in without breaking continuity.
The visitor can switch between modes naturally, and conversation history follows them.
Technical choices visible to users
- One script tag on the site. No iframe, no complicated installation. Web components give the widget its own styling without disturbing your site.
- No cookie banner. We keep data collection at the "strictly necessary" tier — no cookies, no tracking. GDPR-compliant without banners.
- No heavy DOM observers. Our install script doesn't watch the whole site; it hooks page navigation lightly (including Shopify, WordPress, and modern SPA frameworks).
- An experience you can trust. Fast first paint, a discreet nudge system, optimized animations.
Six products, one platform
The same script tag carries the whole product family:

You can enable one or many. Configuration happens in one place — no separate installs per product.
