Gosoft Oy — Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Gosoft Connect platform and its products (GoChat AI+, GoLive, GoChat, GoForms, GoSlide, GoPopUp, the "Service") provided by Gosoft Oy ("Gosoft"). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for lawful purposes. The user is responsible for the accuracy of information and for compliance with applicable law.

Use of the Service may require registration, and the user must provide accurate information.

4. Processing of personal data and data protection

Gosoft's software, logos, and other content in the Service are protected by copyright. The content of the Service may not be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without Gosoft's written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Gosoft is not liable for interruptions, errors, or damages that may arise from the use of the Service or from its unavailability. The Service is provided "as is", without any direct or indirect warranties.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update the terms of the Service. All changes will be published on our website.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are handled by the District Court of Helsinki. Consumers also have the right to bring disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
