Where does it get its answers?
From your pages, documents and FAQs that you give it in the portal. It looks the answer up there every time, not in general knowledge.
What if it doesn’t know?
It says so plainly instead of guessing. It offers a contact form or, if you have live chat, passes the conversation to your team.
Where is the data stored?
Conversations are stored on our own servers in Helsinki, with encrypted backups in Germany. For the AI replies, messages are processed by our sub-processor OpenAI Ireland, which may transfer them outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

A visitor chat with at least one AI reply. Button-led chat, forms and live chat are never counted. A conversation longer than 25 visitor messages counts as a new one from the 26th visitor message.
