We configure the solution and hand it over to you. These are starting monthly prices per website; your quote confirms the scope, capacity and recurring charge.

Initial build, setup and handover are usually charged separately. Your quote states what is included, any setup fee and the ongoing support. Custom development and content work need their own agreement.

Chat in the Gosoft-built packages

Every plan has the same chat widget on your site. Growth switches on the AI assistant inside it; Business adds your team.

    A person joins the same conversation from the portal or the phone app. Seats, hours and alerts included.

Q-Forms are free

Print a QR code, collect replies in your inbox. Free gives you one form and 100 replies a month, and replies are not kept in our database. With a plan, you can also keep them in the portal.

Agencies and partners

Build sites for clients? You build and bill at partner prices, and your client owns the workspace.

Good to know

  • Upgrades apply at once, downgrades at the next period.
  • A conversation is a visitor chat with at least one AI reply. Button-led chat, forms and live chat are never counted.
  • An AI conversation longer than 25 visitor messages counts as a new conversation from the 26th visitor message. The visitor notices nothing.
  • You get an email when 80% of the month’s conversations are used. When they run out, the AI assistant pauses until the end of the month, while button-led chat, forms and live chat keep working.
  • The Kollega allowance grows with the plan; usage shows in the portal as a percentage.
  • Campaigns are in beta: they work, but still change with feedback.
  • White-label is available as an organisation-level add-on: the widgets under your own brand. Ask us for the price.
  • We tell existing subscriptions about a price change by email at least 30 days before the new price applies.
