Gosoft Oy is a Helsinki software company that makes Gosoft Connect.
We started Gosoft in 2024 with one belief: most websites lose conversations they could have won. Visitors leave with questions unanswered, and the business never even knows. So we build the tools that turn that lost traffic into conversations, and conversations into customers.
Our customers span industries, from e-commerce to B2B services. What they share is a small team that can’t staff a chat window around the clock. Gosoft Connect, our latest generation, answers that: AI handles the everyday questions instantly, drawing on the company’s own content, and a real person steps in the moment it matters.
