Have you seen a form or other content published through Gosoft Connect that you believe is illegal or breaks our rules, such as a scam? Tell us, and we will look into it.

How to report

Send your report by email to abuse@gosoft.fi

Write the report

The button opens your email app with a ready template. You can write in Finnish, Swedish or English.

What to include

  • The exact address of the content

    Copy the whole address (URL) from the browser’s address bar. If you came from a form, the template already has it. A screenshot helps if the content may change.

  • Why it is illegal or breaks the rules

    Tell us in your own words what is wrong, for example that the form pretends to be another company or asks for passwords. The more precise you are, the faster we can act.

  • Your name and email address

    We use them to confirm that your report arrived and to tell you what we decided. Your email address comes with the message. If your report concerns the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, you do not need to give your name, and you may write from an address that does not identify you.

  • A statement of good faith

    Confirm that the information in your report is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete. The template has a ready sentence.

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt

    You get an email saying that your report has arrived.

  2. A person reviews the content

    We handle every report without undue delay and objectively. A person always makes the decision.

  3. We remove illegal content

    If the content is illegal or breaks our rules, we remove it or stop it from being shown. We tell whoever published it what we did, why, and how they can challenge the decision.

  4. We tell you our decision

    We let you know what we decided and how you can challenge the decision. If we suspect a crime that threatens someone’s life or safety, we report it to the police.
